• Wherever possible we will will source our produce from local suppliers, keeping food miles to a minimum with the environmental benefits that brings.
• When we need to go further afield for certain items we will use independent suppliers in that region
• If we have to source products from overseas we will endeavour to deal with producers direct
• We will use fair trade suppliers for products sourced from the developing world

Delivering Quality

• Using local suppliers means we can test our products before adding them to our range
• In dealing direct with independent suppliers we stipulate the quality our customers demand
• We test our products ourselves and constantly monitor quality

• We understand that the measure of really good food is really good taste
